I have claimed compensation few years back on a hotel I once stayed with my family. The hotel is luxurious, fine staffs and good services. We were quite happy with overall of the place before the incident at the swimming pool. My daughter was swimming at the kids pool while her elder siblings accompanied her. I was startled when I heard my kids screamed for me. I found my daughter leg bleeding and it was pretty bad because there were so much blood. I soon found out what was the cause and part of the swimming pool's tile was missing on the edges and my daughter cut her leg really deep on the sharp edges. I complaint to the managers and we negotiated. They decided to compensate me for the injuries and they promised to fix the pool right away. I was quite satisfied with the overall outcome where they sincerely apologized and high compensation. Many people I know couldn't get compensated from companies or people. It gets more complicated and difficult to claim compensation. Go to court for long hours, hundreds of paper works and takes long period of time to be done. I was told that other countries have increased over 35 percent of people has legal actions on companies. Demands for lawyers also increased. Remember your right to claim compensation when there are
