My eye!!

Hello, my friends, mommy said thank you for all the nice wishes :)
This morning, I felt strange

my right eye is teary and unpleasant sensation in my eye..

I tried a few times to reopen my eyes but in vain

Mommy, do we need to go the vet??
please say no!!
Mommy said she would have to take me if my eye won't get better..
Thankfully after a short while my right eyes felt better, how relieved I was!
I'm going to sleep passed this..
ZZzz
Does anyone know what's the cause of the wet teary eye?
