IDUG Contest

Calling all developers that are students, professionals and hobbyists!! You may find this interesting! IDUG is now sponsoring a contest for developers to increase awareness and also help them familiarize with XQuery, XML and DB2. You may stand a chance to win weekly prices!! There is nothing to lose and join the fun of IDUG contest. More about the series of contests- the contest consists of five separate tracks for individual of varying skill levels.
The tracks are:
  1. Video contest- Upload a video, judged by the community, prizes awarded monthly
  2. Gadget contest- Create a small widget or gadget, judged by the community, prizes awarded monthly
  3. XQuery Contest- Answer a series of questions by developing queries in XQuery. All correct answers (answer and query structure) entered to win larger prizes
  4. Port an Application- Port an existing application to use XML, XQuery or DB2. Judged by a panel of judges
  5. Develop an application- Develop a brand new application using XML and/or XQuery. Judged by a panel of judges
Is up to you to join one or all the tracks and increase your chances of winning some awesome prizes. Contestants are required to register and take a quick quiz to participate in the contest. Are you the next Asean XML superstar? Join now!
